- Promptly responding to estimator RFIs (Requests for Information) regarding missing dimensions or drawing conflicts.
4. Accuracy & Estimating Disclaimers
Important Construction Industry Notice: While QTO Solutions employs certified estimators utilizing PlanSwift and Bluebeam with rigid quality control to deliver 99%+ accuracy:
- Estimates are professional opinions: Deliverables represent independent quantity calculations and cost estimates based solely on the drawings provided. They do not constitute an engineering guarantee or fixed-price contract offer to construct.
- Contractor Final Review: The Client is ultimately responsible for reviewing all itemized quantities, local supplier price confirmations, waste factors, and markups prior to submitting official bid proposals or signing owner contracts.
- Site Condition Variances: Unforeseen subsurface conditions, field deviations, or unnoted structural conflicts cannot be factored into plan-only takeoffs.
5. Turnaround Times & Delivery
Standard turnarounds are based on project size and complexity:
6. Revisions, Addenda & Scope Changes
We understand that construction plans evolve throughout the bidding cycle:
- Minor Revisions: Small clarifications, adjustments to unit costs, or minor architectural callout updates are performed free of charge.
- Major Addenda / Redesigns: If an addendum issues completely revised floor plans, additional building stories, or substantial scope additions, an adjusted quote will be provided before work proceeds.
